We stand behind the quality of our work. All furniture assembly and repair services come with our satisfaction guarantee:
- Assembly work is guaranteed for 30 days from completion
- If assembled furniture becomes unstable due to our work, we will return and fix it at no charge
- Repair work guarantees vary based on the type of repair performed
- We will provide warranty details for each repair project
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service not completed as agreed
- Assembly failure due to our workmanship within the warranty period
- Damage caused by our technicians during service
- Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in these situations:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service
- No-show without prior notice
- Issues caused by furniture defects, not our workmanship
- Damage caused by customer misuse after service completion
- Changes requested after service has been completed
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of the service date
- Provide your booking reference and details of the issue
- Include photos if relevant to your claim
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary
Rework Policy
In many cases, we prefer to fix issues rather than issue refunds:
- If you're not satisfied with the assembly, we'll return to make it right
- Rework visits are scheduled at your convenience
- No additional charge for rework within the warranty period
- This helps ensure your furniture meets our quality standards
Damage Claims
If our service caused damage to your property or furniture:
- Report damage immediately or within 48 hours of service
- Document damage with photos
- We are fully insured for such incidents
- Claims will be processed through our insurance
